Back in the gym this week working on some new athletic goals
Today:
1:06 on stationary bike
21.6 miles w/ 140w avg
Then tried (for the first time!) a strength for runners workout I designed over New Years + a new core stability routine.
Refining those two routines by swapping out a few of the exercises, splitting them between two days, and toying with number of sets and reps.
