I'm dedicating this one to 4 of my mentors in the real estate game.

Each one of them started as a LinkedIn DM that I had no business sending.
And last week at the StripMallGuy Real Estate Gala, all of us ended up in the same room together.
100 stories up at the Edge in Hudson Yards.
I looked around and realized… this room exists because I sent 4 cold DMs that I almost talked myself out of.
50 weeks ago I started this series because I believed LinkedIn could be more than a feed.
It could be the start of real relationships.
50 weeks later, I have an entire family in this city because of it.
If you're sitting on a DM you haven't sent, send it.
The worst that happens is they don't reply.
The best that happens is they become your mentor.
