My favorite part of Chernobyl is where Legasov breaks everything down for the court and the world. The way he uses that simple model to explain the reactor’s design flaws, step-by-step, while slowly unraveling the layers of lies… it’s so powerful. And the moment he says, “Every lie we tell incurs a debt to the truth. Sooner or later, that debt is paid.” Chills.
