Totally. Would love to read and explore the origin story of the Bene Gesserit or dig deeper into the Buterlian Jihad. Or imagine the discovery and harnessing of the Spice as a cognitive enhancer.
In the case of Dune, I think an AI might do a better job than Frank Herbert’s son in expanding that universe.
