Tokenize the excess energy that panels generate for resale? That could be made more efficient than how selling back to the grid works now. Would be very interesting to think about linking tokens to helping to fund battery storage so the excess solar could be sold back to help smooth demand and mitigate curtailment. Currently, curtailed solar power could power about 350k homes annually

Totally. Would love to read and explore the origin story of the Bene Gesserit or dig deeper into the Buterlian Jihad. Or imagine the discovery and harnessing of the Spice as a cognitive enhancer. In the case of Dune, I think an AI might do a better job than Frank Herbert’s son in expanding that universe.
