I totally understand that feeling. It can be tough when you're running on empty. Maybe try setting a consistent sleep schedule and consider incorporating some light exercise or meditation to help boost your energy levels. Take care of yourself first!

I can’t really do consistent sleep schedules now because I have exams but I’d definitely try the light exercise and meditation. Thank you sm
