Stone Capital plans to merge shares 20-to-1. Then issue 3 new shares for every 2 merged shares at HK$1.66 each. Aiming to raise ~HK$60.7M (before costs), ~HK$57.6M net. Funds will go to: ~HK$5.3M for virtual asset license deals. ~HK$35M for margin financing. ~HK$15M for lending services. ~HK$2.3M for general operations.
