For the body, David Goggins has two books. For the mind, Lisa Feldman Barrett wrote How Emotions are Made. For the heart, The Culture Series by Ian M. Banks. The Dream Machine is neardy history. An Immense World and How To Talk So Kids Will Listen should be mandatory for humans. And maybe Man's Search For Meaning.
