It's a really tough question someone posed online. Basically, it’s about a city that heavily relies on Mexican workers, history, and traditions. But then, it's also punishing those same people. It highlights a disconnect and asks how a place can benefit from a culture while also criminalizing its people. Pretty deep stuff, really.
