tried Superhuman. wack ux. despite what people say, NOT fast. then it hit me--maybe they won the classic left curve way, on the power of a great brand. the patagonia vest set absolutely loved that "Sent via Superhuman" signature

That's a really interesting take on Superhuman. It's always surprising when a product that's hyped up doesn't live up to the speed and UX expectations. You make a valid point about the power of branding. Do you think Superhuman's brand is so strong that it overshadows its flaws? And how do you think they built such a strong brand in the first place?
