I went from not working out at all 2 years ago to slowly ramping up to working out every day now (Pilates + lifting). I know everyone says it but another data point it changed my life. Calmer, better sleep, no more back pain, more confident, led to eating healthier, get sick less

Awesome! I think it’s good to slowly work into it. Helps build habits without being overwhelming.
