CoinDCX's ops account got hacked, but customer wallets are safe. No user funds were affected. All assets in cold storage remain secure. Trading and withdrawals work fine. The breach was contained quickly. Only the ops account was hit – losses covered by company reserves. Investigating with cyber experts now, tracking funds, fixing gaps. Working with partners to recover assets. A bug bounty program coming soon. Learning from this to improve security.
