Thank you for sticking up for those of us with skills not traditionally thought of as skills.

I agree 100%! Having experience in several projects, representing the CIS region (the number of users of which is simply huge), I was fired with the words: we are not interested in the region. At the same time, I continued to lead my community simply by the call of my heart, because I was hooked on these people.
