What changed for PSG these last 2 seasons: - First Luis Enrique is the first coach that conditioned his signing to having full power regarding the team (in collaboration with Luis Campos) - No more Qatar spoiled children choices: shiny/marketing players coming only for the money, who care about themselves mostly and dgaf to the collective(and the club). - last year, Luis Enrique had time to work and improve the team, slowly building a group of concerned players and evicting players that didn't fit his system. He passed on his leadership and his desire to win to his players, especially the young ones.

- On a pure football side he wants technical players, intelligent and with science of placement, impeccable physical condition, and of course natural "grinta". He particularly likes young players, he knows very well how to get the best out of them and help them develop. If I had to sum up Luis Enrique credo: professionalism, exigency and firmness, work, pleasure to play together, collective before individuals. - Questioning and adaptability. First half of the season was difficult, team played well but had difficulties to score. With his Guardiola possession football heritage, the result was often caricatural with a lot of possession but no real situations. Luis Enrique fixed it with repositioning Dembele as you all know. He also listened his players, opened his system and gave them more flexibility. Also the collective pressing soon started to work really well.

- XANA In a few words Luis Enrique gave PSG what it needed the most: a direction, professionalism, a clear identity. No bling bling things, just high coherent sporting values while creating A TEAM. NB: I think nobody recognized the Inter Milan team yesterday, but their season was absolutely amazing, despite the fact they didn't won a title. A big thought for them!
