was having a conversation with a close fren over weekend. most systemic work will be taken over by machines. People will spend an increasing amount of time with machines. this will lead to a rise in need of humans craving human interactions. The next billion jobs will be jobs that require human connection and empathy. Hard to put a finger on it but machines don’t have that yet
