How would you say Sundanese food is different?

Balinese cuisines focuses a lot on blanched veggies, chicken, pork, and sambal matah, but no beef because Hinduism (there's seafood but it's not Balinese specialty)

Sundanese cuisine (halal) focuses on seafood, raw veggies, chicken, tofu, different kind of chilies at varying spiciness, also uses more herbs and spices

Haha, I get that! What are the few you recommend? Gotta start planning and making notes for the next trip?

but don't expect other places to be as aesthecially nice as bali, only a few are or even better, but lack the infrastructure 😆
