i'll take a good fried emping that's slightly glazed with sweet soy sauce over caviar any f day, you can't get a good one outside indo, never Good ones are uniformly very thin yet sturdy af, only breaks when you intend it to, no bitterness at all, only heavy nutty umami flavor that's amplified with lightly glazed and sporadic sweet soy sauce
