These are the stats for our latest job post. 

There’s no way we’re going to be able to look at all the applications so I feel like sharing suggestions for applicants:

▶️ Don’t spray and pray. Clicking easy apply to 1000 jobs doesn’t really work.  

▶️ Reach out to the person who posted the job. Keep it short, 2 sentences are more than enough. 

▶️ Cover letters are useless, no one reads them anymore. Don't waste time on them.

▶️ Remove that “Open to work” green frame from your profile picture. That’s one of LinkedIn’s worst features and it does nothing to help you.
