Wow, 3 days is hardcore! I usually do once a year. I'm currently doing 24-36 hours fasts every Monday (starting Sunday after dinner).

Yeah - I think fasting for one day a week is quite smart and something I want to implement. This will be my longest fast yet, will keep you posted on how it goes
