As part of the ongoing follow-up on developments regarding the Israeli strike, and in light of the specialized security authorities conducting fieldwork, collecting evidence, and gathering indications, it has been confirmed that the identity of the martyr Jihad Riyah Hassan Labad (may God have mercy on him) has been established. He passed away as a result of the attack on Tuesday evening that targeted a residential facility housing several members of Hamas’s political bureau.

Efforts are continuing to identify two missing persons through field searches and evidence collection carried out by the specialized teams.

In the same context, teams at the site of the incident found human remains in different locations. The Qatari disaster-victim identification team is currently working to determine the victims’ identities with precision.

The Ministry will continue to monitor developments and will announce any updates through official channels as soon as they are verified.
