Yes, and I am going to kill myself. Fuck that. I hate that. I hate where this is going. I hate all these people. And I don’t want to see that version of the world. You have fun

They will absolutely do that, and then in the process you will lose your interiority. Perhaps the last truly private space, your thoughts, gone. Nowhere to hide or work things out alone anymore. Someone always watching you, inside and out. Over my lifetime I have seen tech swallow it all up and destroy every inch of sacred space.

our thoughts are literally the last thing they can't watch yet. I hope a movement will arise to oppose the upcoming and ongoing technical tyranny of privacy

for now you can still live in smaller cities or woods, have different devices, burner sims, burner emails, burner wallets, burner socials for personal and work, burner proxy servers etc. But it just takes so much time and effort and makes it difficult to connect and stay in touch with other people. Keccers, I am not sure how but this has to change

I don’t think it’s possible :( People today still don’t understand what they have lost, fully. It’s such an abstract value, it’s hard to get your arms around. When you steal my bike, the loss is visible. When you steal my privacy, less so
