There's this influencer I follow on Ig and she always says "it's a bad day and not a bad life" so anytime I feel down or depressed and I start having bad thoughts (not suicidal) I just tell myself this. it is such a true statement cos there are always better days ahead really. Some days are bad 😭😭 trust me I know, but the good days are better, so if you are feeling down today just remember it is just today and not forever 🫂💖
