Technological progress has made the world more complex, but that’s no excuse to forget the basic principles of freedom. In 1900, your device was your property, not a spy tool. Your conversations were your business, not a data feed. Your money was yours, not a tool for total control. The digital world shouldn’t be an exception — if anything, it should be the extension of these freedoms. Otherwise, it’s not progress; it’s regression disguised as convenience...
