I’m still swamped at work, and my side projects are taking their sweet time, so this account has really become a cooking lifestyle account:
1. Breakfast muffins for this morning sitting next to a freshly mixed sourdough for a loaf.
2. Later on, the sourdough loaf is finishing rising, while the breakfast muffins are newly mixed.
3. Folding in the butter for the muffins (no butter in the bread loaf).
4. The bread is about to go into the oven, the muffins will still rise in the fridge, and they’ll be enjoyed over the next couple of days.
The only bread I usually pick up from the store is hamburger buns. I need to figure out how to make my own.
Anyway, I’m really embracing the sourdough lifestyle right now!
