A few days ago, I visited my family back in Oregon and my mom who is a history buff wanted to explore the entire length of the small river called the Mill race, which is really a slough with a rich backstory including canoe parades and Bing Crosby. Instead of just sending her all the pictures I took, I created a page dedicated to the “mill race explorers club” aka me and her so far.
