somehow fully recovered today and did an insane workout: - 10 * 1km @ 3:09/km avg (3:18 → 3:00) w/ 1:00 jogging rests - 12 * 400m @ 3:00/km @ 2:00 sendoffs (~40s jogging rests) 28.16km total legs and breathing both feel great
