3300ft (~1km) gain @ 5.2% incline and 5:21/km over 1:43
was easier than I expected, pretty much all zone 2, but there seems to be an inflection point where the incline gets much harder, around 7-8%. probably cause mechanically foreign

- clouds == bushes
- bg tiles are algorithmically drawn
- pipe sound == damage sound
- swim sound == jump sound
- goomba animation is just a static sprite flipped

somehow fully recovered today and did an insane workout:
- 10 * 1km @ 3:09/km avg (3:18 → 3:00) w/ 1:00 jogging rests
- 12 * 400m @ 3:00/km @ 2:00 sendoffs (~40s jogging rests)
28.16km total
legs and breathing both feel great
