tried elevation for the first time yesterday because I only ever run 0.0% incline 3300ft (~1km) gain @ 5.2% incline and 5:21/km over 1:43 was easier than I expected, pretty much all zone 2, but there seems to be an inflection point where the incline gets much harder, around 7-8%. probably cause mechanically foreign
