Cops in Russia's Buryatia busted a mobile crypto mining rig in a truck stealing power.  
Workers found it hooked to a 10kV line during a routine check, with 95 miners and a transformer.  
This is the sixth such case there this year. Mining is banned from Nov 15 to Mar 15, except for registered firms.  
Illegal hookups mess up power supply, causing voltage drops and grid risks.
