Base using Flashblocks is great until you try to trace down a bug for a few hours because the rpc endpoints changed without warning.

@base.base.eth @alchemyplatform You need to rethink how eth_getTransactionReceipt uses flashblocks preconfirms with the “latest” tag but other endpoints need the “pending” tag.

You’re making some pretty important changes to rpc verbiage and it’s not consistent.

“latest” should mean the same thing in every rpc context.

Please fix this or at least let me opt out of flashblocks.

we didn't start integration flashblocks since it doesn't speed up Chainlink VRF 😅
