Empire by Sheldrick
Throughout last year, we released projects that move between archival practice, photography, and AI image-making. Today, we want to highlight one of those projects: Empire by Sheldrick (released January 21, 2025). The series reworks over 35,000 color slides from 1940–1990 into layered compositions, questioning how images shape memory, history, and power.
