Is it possible for Farcaster to be a direct competitor to X? I see a future where that’s happening and I’m excited for it. Farcaster already has things X don’t have so that’s an edge.

I don't see both as competitors yet, only if X decides to decentralize.

They both share same goal and that is genuine information hub for everyone regardless of interest. Decentralization on farcaster is part of what it offers people with interest in Crypto and which also can be said as part of what it’s using to compete and gain edge over competitors not just X. No competitors offer exactly the same thing.
