felt agitated, made list feeling better after, even though this is just a fraction of things clanking around, and many aren't todos per se but just categories of things i'm thinking about how do you offload your overstimulated, ruminating brain?

Notes, a to do list, and a cup of coffee is my bliss. I find organizing my thoughts to be fairly cathartic and it keeps me on pace. I did this well before I knew I had ADHD and before I knew the term (bullet journaling). Also, big fan of white boards. :-)

brain dumps like these really help me too! my other thing is to go out for a walk. the fresh air (especially in winter) wakes me up and helps me reset my mind. 47 $DEGEN
