Slowly returning to resume the volume load, let's see if this time we can overcome not falling sick again. Every time I reached a volume load of about 50km per week I fell sick (early May), then I was recovering, in mid-June I returned to the weekly load, and again sick. At the moment we are recovering progressively, and now at 100% we will see if this time it is possible to return to this load without getting sick!
