Tron plans to go public via a reverse merger with SRM Entertainment, forming Tron Inc.  
Dominari Securities brokered the deal.  
Though Eric Trump denied involvement, both he and Donald Jr. have ties to Dominari.  
They joined Dominari Holdings' advisory board, based in Trump Tower, receiving 75K shares each (worth ~$3M).  
Initial 25K shares were granted, with 50K more at a milestone.  
Up to 55K additional shares possible for them and Ron Lieberman.  
No comments from the Trumps or Dominari.
