Good morning, dear friends! 🌿 Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is to press the internal RESET button. It's not always about a long vacation or a life change. Sometimes it's a cup of tea ☕️ 🫖 in silence. 5 minutes with my eyes 👀 closed. Walk 🚶♀️without a goal or cycling 🚴 in the park. Or just breathe 🧘♀️ . 🤍 Small pauses have a great power. They do help to gather, switch and return to yourself. What works for you as a mini reboot?

Hello my friend I truly love running in nature. When I get a bit tired, I lie down on the grass and with my eyes closed, breathe in it’s wonderful scent. It might not be the right thing to do, but sometimes I enjoy driving fast too😅 I hope you always stay in perfect health so you can keep enjoying these little moments of happiness 🙏

Driving fast… it’s really dangerous but on the other hand it makes us feel unreal.
