There is a sentence by my favorite author, Haruki Murakami, from the book Norwegian Wood, where he writes: When something hurt me, I didn’t talk to anyone about it. I would think about it myself, come to a conclusion and deal with it alone Not that I really felt lonely, no; but I believed that in the end, people must save themselves by themselves.

What a great sentence) I haven’t heard it before, but it’s absolutely fantastic! No one can help you and save you better than you can!

Exactly In the end, it’s we ourselves who must steer the ship of our lives through the storms.
