After hearing about the ceasefire, this was my choice of celebration 🤭😂
So Tahdig is this crispy golden magic we make at the bottom of the rice pot, we use either bread or sliced potatoes, fry it up with oil, and let it sizzle under the rice while it cooks. 
The result? Pure crunchy perfection! 
It’s literally the best part of the meal and yes there’s always a competition over who gets the biggest piece🤭 
Like… friendship have ended over tahdig, I’m not even kidding!
