big disagree here too many founders not knowing when to quit and waste their time on a project that would never work diversity of projects builds the product launching muscle

I tend to agree with you, but the simultaneity of moonshots I think can be a problem. Commit fully to launching something and then pivoting is totally fine imo

timing is the issue here, no need to keep grinding at a moonshot when the MVP is already launched better keep it simmer available on the market while working on the next moonshot, increases chances of success because you diversify timing-wise never know what past project (that is still live) would blow up technically, this is multiple simultaneously running moonshots like, we still have lunchbreak.com live :)

Totally! As long as maintenance costs don’t outweigh or overshadow moonshot work. And sometimes it’s better to kill your darlings and then rebuild in the future when there’s more clarity on the form the product/architecture should take.
