Sometimes when people feel doubt, they post about it on social media — almost like they’re checking their feelings through others’ reactions. A post then isn’t just an opinion, but a quiet request: “Am I right? Do you feel this too?” And often it’s not even conscious. We think we’re sharing, but really we’re just looking for a bit of support or reassurance.
