To protect your assets, it is always a good idea to be careful. Here are some important security tips:

Never give your password to a "support agent". Real support agents will never need it.

Don't click on links you receive in emails. Only log in to your account by entering the URL or through a bookmark. Triple check that it is not a phishing site before entering your password. 

DO NOT use the same password on multiple sites. Use a password manager so that you have a unique and strong password for each site. Password managers will also not be the same on a phishing site's domain.

Use hardware 2FA. It will prevent most phishing attacks.
