Nature's Snowshoes. Adapted for the Arctic, the Canada lynx's large furry paws provide exceptional insulation and traction. 📷 @wildwildwestphotography

No. The Canada lynx (Lynx canadensis) does not only live in Canada. Its range extends across much of Canada, from the Yukon and Northwest Territories to Newfoundland and Labrador, but it also inhabits parts of the United States, including Alaska, the northern Rockies (Montana, Idaho, Wyoming), the Great Lakes region (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan), and parts of New England (Maine, New Hampshire).
