MBC is looking for a law firm that is interested in supporting us as we bridge the gap between students and the crypto industry. In 2024, we hosted our inaugural conference at Umich which hosted over 400 students from 35 Universities across North America. We've also helped over 40 students land internships for summer 2025. In 2025, we are expanding to offer more opportunities, a defined curriculum for student orgs, and a much larger conference. Instead of using the funding we’ve allocated for students to pay a law firm, we’re looking for a firm willing to support MBC on a pro bono basis. We are filing as a 501c3, looking to help international students with visa's, and want to ensure our High School Fellowship program is executed in full legal compliance. The work is relatively straightforward, but the guidance of a law firm would ensure we do everything by the book and set a strong foundation for long-term impact. If this is something your firm might be open to supporting, we’d love to chat.

Based on Chat GPT: The American Bar Association (ABA) Model Rule 6.1 suggests lawyers should aspire to provide at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services annually, primarily to individuals with limited means or related charitable organizations. For any crypto law firm -- this is a great pro bono opportunity to help a nonprofit organization aiming to build a strong pipeline for talent to enter the industry. It also gives your firm recognition within the crypto student base and can lead to future deal flow and talent. Please dm or email me at

if you are interested in supporting or would like more details. Thank you!
