Not yet, this is only the recovery of altos and the growth of the largest coins. 

Small coins haven't moved much yet, and they've started talking more about the crypt, but this isn't hype or greed yet. It takes time, in the summer we are unlikely to see the final stormy part of the cycle. There are much more chances for an altseason in October and November.

I think you're right. The altcoins are recovering now. There might be some consolidation in the summer. Will wait for the autumn.
