Guys, this is a delicacy from my childhood! So, my dad had a farm, and let me tell you, I know a thing or two about tomatoes and heat. Here’s the deal: take a thin piece of lavash, sprinkle it generously with salt, grab a clove of garlic and rub it all over the bread. Then flip it over to shake off the excess salt, add thin slices of homemade cheese and tomato, and—boom!—masterpiece is ready!
