I have it downloaded for later. Although my working theory is they Gen Z brings a lot of problems on itself and actually has a lot of ways to collectively opt out of things they don’t like, but have convinced themselves are necessary

Here’s another call out — Gen Z thinking that they have to live in NY/SF even if they can’t afford it and it’s ruining their sense that life is worth living. I think millennials flocked to those cities because that’s where the jobs were, but with WFH, Gen Z could opt into cheaper cost of living and probably have more satisfaction
