This paper seems to be about the LWE problem, which is what you need for FHE.

ZK on lattices instead uses the shortest vector problem (SVP), shortest integer problem (SIS) etc.

LWE is what makes FHE really slow. Without the errors it becomes a lot simpler.

right! my mind just equates everything lattices with LWE

I think hype on FHE has confused everyone on lattices
