if there was a leaderboard for going to bed at 5am i would be #1 every single day this week

in an effort to improve my sleep schedule (note: no longer using the word “fix” for what cannot be fixed) i have put a 4am cutoff that blocks the Farcaster app on my phone. 

to open it again i have to get out of bed and walk to another room to tap a physical brick with the phone. only then will i be able to read your casts again.
