With AI removing the barrier to understanding legalese for common folks, everything changes. It's similar to when the Bible was translated into common tongues. Before that the only ones who could tell a commoner what was in the Bible were the priest class, a power that was often abused like the law is today.

Finally, someone gets it, I remember a senate inquiry into meta, and Zuckerberg was asked about their "terms and conditions." 

I think we'll see more pressure in this area when people start putting these legalese through AI to discover those hidden conditions in fine prints.
