been really trying to dial in my coffee workflow and the biggest problem is I can’t decide if I want the grinder on the left or the right of the espresso machine

@wowbestie is right, Ethan. also, ergonomically speaking, grinder on right feels better to me because you're prepping and then it's two left-steps to lock in the portafilter.
